Radiesse Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty NYC New York NY

non-surgical rhinoplasty can be an excellent alternative to undergoing a traditional nose job to correct minor defects in the appearance of your nose. It is also a successful alternative to revision rhinoplasty for patients who have had surgery previously and are not satisfied with their results.

How It Works
This revolutionary procedure is performed by using custom selected dermal filler material. The procedure is performed in our office and takes only minutes. You will leave with instant, amazing results that mimic those achieved through plastic surgery. Results last from six to eighteen months.

Fillers that may be used include:

Radiesse
Juvederm
Restylane
Perlane
During your consultation, will discuss the benefits of each. Radiesse (comprised of calcium hydroxyapatite) is a longer lasting filler, but the other hyaluronic acid fillers are more easily dissolved if your results vary from your expectations. Although many patients ask about Silikon-1000, it is not a preferred filler b because of the risk of complications and long-term effects.

In combination with a filler,  may also use BOTOX® Cosmetic or Dysport to improve wrinkles on the nose or improve nasal tip rotation. These subtle effects require the unique skill and expertise that has studied and perfected during his years of practice.

Your Procedure
The goal of non-surgical rhinoplasty is to use dermal fillers to camouflage areas such as the dorsal hump, mask irregularities and defects, or to improve the nasal tip projection.

During your procedure, Dr. Mashhadian will provide a mirror so that you can have input on the progression of your treatment. He understands the importance of the subtle enhancements of your facial features. Input during treatment, increases patient comfort and satisfaction.

Risks and Recovery
Non-surgical rhinoplasty has a very low risk of bruising, however we do provided patients with Arnika Forte, a uniquely formulated and effective herbal supplement comprised of arnica, bromelain, and other herbal remedies to reduce any swelling or bruising that may occur.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a low-risk procedure. Dr. Mashhadian's technique of using a micro cannula for non-surgical procedures avoids the risk of accidental intra vascular injection, which can cause serious problems. Dr. Mashhadian's safety standards and advanced techniques greatly reduce the risk of unsightly bruising and swelling.

What is rhinoplasty? NYC New York NY

What is rhinoplasty?
Rhinoplasty enhances facial harmony and the proportions of your nose. It can also correct impaired breathing caused by structural defects in the nose.

Rhinoplasty surgery can change:

Nose size in relation to facial balance
Nose width at the bridge or in the size and position of the nostrils
Nose profile with visible humps or depressions on the bridge
Nasal tip that is enlarged or bulbous, drooping, upturned or hooked
Nostrils that are large, wide, or upturned
Nasal asymmetry
If you desire a more symmetrical nose, keep in mind that everyone’s face is asymmetric to some degree. Results may not be completely symmetric, although the goal is to create facial balance and correct proportion.

Rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum

Nose surgery that’s done to improve an obstructed airway requires careful evaluation of the nasal structure as it relates to airflow and breathing.

Correction of a deviated septum, one of the most common causes of breathing impairment, is achieved by adjusting the nasal structure to produce better alignment.

Artefill for non-surgical rhinoplasty nyc new york ny

Fillers can only address specific narrow problems with nasal shape, but for those patients who can be treated this way, I prefer Artefill (a permanent filler) for such patients. Generally, though, I like to start with a temporary filler like Juvederm so that the patient can "try it on" so to speak. If they like that result, then Artefill becomes a reasonable option

Avoid permanent fillers in the nose nyc new york ny

Soft tissue fillers can be used in certain situations to correct deformities of the nose. One of the more common uses is to augment the dorsum (enlarge the bridge). There are some deformities of the nose that cannot be corrected or improved by soft tissue fillers. Careful analysis and evaluation of the deformity requiring correction is key. If the problem is that an area is too small, then fillers can be used to add volume and improve the overall appearance. However, if an area is too large or prominent, then addition of fillers around the area to attempt to mask the prominent area will create a nose that is disproportionately large. In this case, rhinoplasty for reduction of the area is more appropriate.

There are several important considerations when using soft tissue fillers in the nose to improve safety and prevent both short and long term complications. Use temporary fillers NOT permanent (Silicone, Artecol, Artefill). All synthetic, permanent fillers are fraught with disastrous complications including chronic granulomas and infections that cannot be corrected and cause awful deformities. Use gel fillers NOT particulate (Radiesse, Sculptra). The amount of filler injected at one time must not be excessive as this can cause problems with not only the appearance but also the blood supply. Hyaluronic acid fillers are ideal for injection into the nose as they are temporary (usually last for over 1 year) and gel. Additionally, if too much filler is injected or there are problems with blood flow to the nose, an enzyme (hyaluronidase) can be injected to dissolve the product and reduce the risk of skin loss and scarring. Both Juvederm and Restylane are commonly used hyaluronic acid fillers.

If you want a permanent result, then you should also consider rhinoplasty surgery. You should discuss all of your options with your surgeon to decide what best for future treatments.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty with Silikon-1000 for permanent results nyc new york ny

A Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Job) involves using Injectable Fillers in your nose to improve your facial appearance. You can have Silikon-1000 for permanent results (my personal preference), but Radiesse, Juvederm, and Restylane can also be used. The choice of filler depends on the preference, and experience of your physician. I have been personally using Silikon-1000 in the nose for over 10 years and have had wonderful success, and many happy patients.

Your Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty can be performed to camuoflage a small nose-bump. For example, you may have a bump on your profile view. Filling above and below the bump will improve your profile so it’s straight and attractive.

Your crooked nose can also be corrected with a Non-Surgical Nose Job. If you have a depressed, concavity on your front view, it may cause your nose to appear twisted. Filling the concave area can lead to a straighter, more attractive appearance that won't call attention to itself.

If your nose has visible imperfections after a previous Nose Job, you can have this corrected permanently with a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty. Repairing Rhinoplasty irregularities without additional surgery and downtime is one of the most rewarding procedures for my patients and me. I correct most Rhinoplasty imperfections with a non-surgical approach.

You can have imperfections in your bridge, tip, and nostrils restored to a completely natural, unoperated appearance. Visible, asymmetric tip cartilage can be camouflaged with Silikon-1000. A pinched tip can be corrected, and high nostrils can be lowered. A wide bridge can be narrowed if it's not too high. All while avoiding additional surgery which is inconvenient, costly, and often unnecessary.

Your Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty is performed painlessly with topical anesthetic. You have no downtime, and normal activities are resumed immediately after this 20-minute procedure. If you’re an appropriate candidate for Silikon-1000, results are completely natural and permanent.

You may need Rhinoplasty Surgery if your airway and septum require correction. You may also require Rhinoplasty Surgery to make your large nose smaller since adding volume will only make things larger.

Artefill is a permanent filler that can be used on the nose for a non-surgical nose job.  Radiesse would be my second choice as it can last up to 18 months.  You will need a skin test if you have Artefill done.  Make sure you go to an experienced injector for this procedure ESPECIALLY if you use Artefill.

Your nose has a deviation of both the bones and cartilages.  A non-surgical rhinoplasty can make your nose look straighter by filling the concave left side.  However, it will also make your nose look wider.  You seem like a young man, so it won't be long before temporary filler costs will mount, making the non-surgical rhinoplasty cost more in the long run.  Finally, remember that if your nose was broken or if you have a breathing problem, this surgery will be covered by insurance.  Hope that helps.
